Salish Scholarships 2023 - Applications open January 5th, 2023. DEADLINE - April 14th, 2023.
District/Authority Scholarships - application for these is via the Salish Scholarships application.
Students must apply to Salish Scholarships to be considered for a District/Authority Award.
SD36/Partners 36 Scholarships 2023 - Applications for the Partners 36 Scholarships will be available February 2023

BC Pathway to Teacher Education Scholarship (no nomination required) - applications due FEBRUARY 15th (2:59pm PST)
The Pathway to Teacher Education scholarship is awarded to 20 outstanding high school graduates who have demonstrated a commitment to and aptitude for a career in K–12 teaching.

1. Research, research, research! Links to Scholarship sites below
2. Organize your support network - parents, Career Centre staff, teachers, mentors, etc.
3. Get your resume in order, including a Spreadsheet of Accomplishments & Activities
4. Identify your references EARLY!!! Most scholarships require reference letters - who will YOU ask to say wonderful things about you? (Hint - If you want them to say really, really good things about you, give them LOTS of time to do so and give them the following completed docs...)
